If you’re a business owner, an employee or just a Singaporean trying to work out what the future of work looks like; this study and set of tools has been designed for you. It will help you better reflect on yourself, your team and your organisation as you make this transition.
Each tool is specially designed to help spark open and honest conversations, as a starting point to drive change for yourself, your team, and your organisation.
We recognise that every individual and organisation is different. Our aim isn’t to provide you with the answers, but to help you figure out what’s right for you.

Stories and Insights The research comprises of a detailed understanding of the challenges organisations and the people within them are facing entering the 'new normal'.
The Tools Guided by the stories and insights, the tools are for organisations to utilise to uncover and address underlying circumstances that might affect the expectations, relationships and the shortfalls that have surfaced between employee and employer. From there, these tools are designed to guide teams towards co-creating organisational changes that address what the 'Next Normal' will entail.
Q: Should I start with the study?
